Take a trip with us to exotic Thailand and explore the five main flavours that make up their cuisine - sweet, salty, bitter, sour and spicy. During this class, participants will have a chance to practise their knife skills, stir-frying and building balanced sauces. We will show you how to make a curry paste from scratch which you will use to create a delicious curry. We finish the night off with a spectacular creamy dessert that 's as pretty to look at as it is to eat. After exploring these Thai flavours, you'll love creating this exotic meal at home. (PLEASE NOTE: This menu uses peanuts, oyster sauce and fish sauce. We cannot offer substitutions for this menu.)
