Biting into a perfectly ripe peach is a peak moment of summertime, so make the most of this sweet stone fruit in this special hands-on class. We’ll show you innovative ways to incorporate fresh peaches into dishes, from creating a Ginger-Peach Glaze to serve with grilled salmon and grilling to serve as a fresh side salad. You’ll work alongside classmates as you practice working with puff pastry for a savoury tart and blending up with rosé wine to create a sweet, summery dessert.
