IN-STUDIO: Savouring Spain (Demonstration-Style)
Come and experience a true show-stopper Spanish meal. Learn the art of creating the classic dish of Spain - Paella. We'll start you off with a three simple delicious tapas appetizers that are so easy to make and familiar to the country. Then you will learn the steps to making perfect Paella including sofrito (sauce), toasting the special bomba rice and infusing saffron and chorizo into the dish to create the bright vibrant flavours of paella. Finally, we'll treat you to a creamy caramel dessert. Join us and learn the ins and outs of creating spectacular Spanish flavours right in your own cocina
