Exploring Vegan Middle Eastern Flavours
Fueled by interactions and exchanges with many cultures and nations over the centuries, Middle Eastern cuisine is a fusion of North African and Mediterranean. In this class, Chef Cassidy will teach you a variety of plant-basded dishes that highlight the bold and aromatic flavours of the Middle East. They also happen to be vegan! (Price per person)
