Make the classic techniques of sourdough part of your bread baking repertoire. Learn how to feed the starter, make the dough, proof in a proofing basket and bake it. You'll master the steps for preparing and shaping a rustic overnight loaf. Then, take the boule home in a new banneton to bake in your own kitchen. With leftover starter, we'll prepare a delicious batch of brownies for you to enjoy.  You'll leave with enough good sourdough starter to begin your bread-making journey.

This class is a combination of instruction and hands-on techniques.  Unfortunately, we can not accommodate guests who do not eat wheat/gluten.  (Price per person)

Bonus: A bannetton will be included with your class registration. Anyone attending this class will be able to purchase any Emile Henry or Le Creuset bread baker and receive 20% discount on the day of the class.
