In today's class we will talk all things soup and stew including how to make stock from scratch, how to use an Instant Pot when making a quick stock and we'll even pull out or favourite slow cooker to give you options for using that too. Learn how to build flavours using pantry staples, find the right equipment for straining and flavouring and how to add the finishing touches to give your final bowl that WOW factor!
