Scones And Spreads
Scones are sweet or savoury, perfect with coffee or tea, welcome at brunch, snack time, bake sales, any holiday events and whenever muffins and coffee are appropriate (all the time!)
Join Chef Lisa in this hands-on class to make uniquely crisp and buttery scones. You will learn how how to incorporate sweet and savoury ingredients, knead perfectly so as not to toughen the dough, then bake to perfection. You also learn to create a compound butter and fruit spread to serve alongside the scones. Everyone will go home with about half dozen freshly baked scones.
