 Making fresh ravioli at home is easier than you think - and even more delicious than you can imagine. Tonight, Maria will walk you through the steps to mixing the ingredients for your own pasta dough that you will use to make raviolis. Then everyone gets into the fun of filling them with our favourite ricotta filling. After all the hard work, you'll sit down and enjoy a hot bowl of ravioli served up with a simple butter sauce. You'll also learn how to roll, cut and dry extra dough to make delicious fettuccine noodles. You'll finish the evening off with a classic Italian sweet treat. (We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate any gluten-free or dairy free intolerances/allergies)

What To Expect In Our Hands-On Classes: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional instructors.

  • Classes are for participants 16 years and older and are 3 hours in length
  • You will work with others in groups
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 12 participants
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
