When the temperature drops, there’s one food that will get you through the coldest of days: a steaming bowl of noodle soup! Sure, there’s the classic chicken noodle soup, but in Vietnamese cuisine, it’s all about pho. In tonight's class Chef Thompson Tran shows you all the steps to making this magical, comforting dish. Rich with protein (chicken), broth, noodles and lots of mix-and-match toppings, Chef Thompson's serves it all up with his witty sense of humour, and a few other sides as well.
