Few things are as satisfying as fresh pasta filled with a delicious stuffing and covered in a from-scratch sauce. While it may seem daunting, crafting these dishes is much simpler than you think. In this class, Chef Cassidy and Relish Co-Owner Maria will show you how to create the perfect dough for hand-shaped pasta. Then you'll get into the fun of making your own ravioli and stuffing it with our favourite seasonal fillings. Learn to use your scraps to make homemade linguine. (Price per person)
