Perfect Stuffed Pasta
Few things are as satisfying as fresh pasta filled with a delicious stuffing and covered in a from-scratch sauce. While it may seem daunting, crafting these dishes is much simpler than you think. In this class, Chef Cassidy and Relish Co-Owner Maria will show you how to create the perfect dough for hand-shaped pasta. Then you'll get into the fun of making your own ravioli and tortellini and stuffing it with our favourite cold winter fillings. (Price per person)
