It's Family Night in the Relish kitchen (and your kitchen too). Bring cooking together as a family back : learn, create, execute and share a meal together. Not only will you share conversation and dine together, you will also develop the skills to get dinner on the table - dividing tasks, time management and communication all intended to get dinner on the table faster!
Tonight you'll create a family Oktoberfest-themed meal. First you'll learn to create a delicious schnitzel - a breaded cutlet fried crisp on the outside while tender and juicy on the inside and served on a bun. You'll learn the technique of "blanching" beans when you make a classic Mennonite side dish and a you'll even prepare a quick dessert featuring a seasonal favourite fruit. Everyone can get in the fun while having your own Oktoberfest party!
