Filling: Sweet potatoes, chicken, onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, chickpeas, coconut milk, peas, olive oil, spices, salt, pepper
Base: Basmati rice, salt
From Frozen: Preheat oven to 375F. Remove lid, cover with foil and place on middle rack in oven. Bake for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
