Moroccan Chicken & Chickpea Curry
Homemade in our Relish Kitchen! Chunks of juicy, roasted chicken thighs, chickpeas and sweet peas in a bright, flavourful Middle Eastern coconut curry sauce. On the spice level we would say 6 out of 10. Just add cilantro if desired.

Ingredients: Filling: Sweet potatoes, chicken, onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, chickpeas, coconut milk, peas, olive oil, spices, salt, pepper Base: Basmati rice, salt
Heating Instructions: From Frozen: Preheat oven to 375F. Remove lid, cover with foil and place on middle rack in oven. Bake for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 3 to 4 depending on serving portion
