Thinking of heading to Mexico this winter? Warm up the suitcase in our Mexican Comfort Foods cooking class with Chef Hendrik Varju. You'll start the evening off with a fresh and flavourful nosh of homemade guacamole and tortilla chips. Then he'll share the secrets to making a delicious appetizer of Mexican fried cheese with a savoury dipping sauce. You'll then dig into a delicious bowl of Pozole - a rich brothy soup made with pork, hominy and red chilies and topped with an array of fresh ingredients. Finally, you'll finish the evening off with a creamy caramel flan. After tonight's class, you'll be booking those airline tickets in no time.
