
Marvelous Macarons
Surprise Macaron alert: Anyone can make these delicate French confections at home! All you need is the correct technique and a little bit of time. They are ‘tricky and picky’ but our wonderful guest chef Lynne will show you how to make the best macaron you’ve ever tasted. Perfect meringue, macaronage, piping with precision and achieving the perfect pied (foot) are all on the menu. You’ll explore flavoured buttercream fillings, so you can create your own tasty variations. Each student will go home with 8 to 10 completed macarons. We can already hear the Ooh la la!

What To Expect In Our Hands-on Classes: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In this class you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students.
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
