MARCH BREAK MAKE & TAKE: My Veggies Rock!
Calling all tweens and teens - our March Break cooking classes are a fun way to spend your holiday so join us in the kitchen and cook dinner for your family. Each afternoon our instructor will teach you to prepare a dish that we know you will love to make. Then, we'll pack it all up and you will take it home to serve your family. The best part is - the adults have to do the dishes! So come into the Relish kitchen and let's cook together!
Don't dish the veggies! In today's class, you'll create a veggie forward dinner (and you won't even miss the meat)! You will start the class learning how to make buffalo wings (with cauliflower), then we'll turn them into the most delicious tacos complete with all the fixings. You'll make a delicious roasted corn salad using frozen corn and finally, you'll learn to make the easiest fruit crisp that can be adapted for any seasonal fruit. We promise you'll give your family a shock when they realized it's all the best meatless meal they ever eaten! (Adaptions can be made for GF and DF, but we must know ahead of time).
