When the weather begins to cool and the sights of fall show their best colours, there is nothing better than the smells of a simple roast chicken and vegetables roasting in the oven. Roasting may be one of the easiest cooking techniques. Your oven does most of the work while you spend time with family, friends, or a good book. In tonight's class, Chef Cassidy walks you through an inspired hands-on cooking class while you learn to roast everything including a whole chicken, seasonal vegetables and even fruit.
