Get started on your croissant-making journey with Chef Cassidy. She'll share tips, techniques and the secrets of working with laminated dough to create delicious flaky croissants. Through both demonstration and participation, you'll discover the art of croissant making and baking as you will work in reverse, starting with dough that is ready to shape. You'll learn, taste, touch and leave with the knowledge to create your own flaky, buttery goodness at home just like you'd find in a French boulangerie.
