Filling: lentils, leeks, garlic, mushrooms, carrot, celery root, spices, tomato paste
Topping: potatoes, coconut oil, olive oil
From Frozen: Preheat oven to 375F. Remove lid, cover with foil and place on middle rack in oven. Bake for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
