Know Your Gnocchi
In tonight’s class, you'll learn to prepare an Italian favourite - gnocchi. Everyone will get into the fun of learning how to make fresh gnocchi with seasonal ingredients - squash and potatoes. You'll prepare two pan sauces to serve alongside your gnocchi plus you'll make a beautiful crisp holiday salad. We finish the evening off with the simplest of desserts – affogato, made with espresso coffee and vanilla ice cream.
