Homemade dips and summer-inspired sauces are the easiest foods you can offer your guests and it brings each dish to new heights. Tonight our instructor will walk you through a few of our favourite party-friendly creamy dips and savoury spreads you'll want to make again and again. Learn the tricks to creating a smooth, creamy hummus. Then everyone will get into the fun of making homemade mayonnaise which you'll use to create two delicious dips for an appetizer and your main dish. Finally, you'll create the simplest but most luxurious chocolate sauce ever to serve over strawberries. After this class, you'll become the "sauce boss" in your kitchen.

What To Expect In Our Hands-On Classes:  Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional instructors.

  • Classes are for participants 16 years and older and are 3 hours in length
  • You will work with others in groups
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 8 participants
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish

RELISH recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with us before attending the class.
