Welcome to summer! And what better way to celebrate the new season, than to showcase some of our favourite light meals to serve in warmer weather. Light and refreshing, salads are more than just a side dish - they can be served as a delicious meal too. They are the perfect answer to a summertime cookout, packing for a picnic or warm weather barbecue. Learn the ins and outs of creating your own vinaigrettes and creamy dressings from scratch. Join Donna-Marie as she shares some of her favourite new salad ideas that you can make all season long!

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our demonstration-style classes you get to "sit-back and enjoy" while the class is  led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Classes are 2 1/2 to 3 hours, unless otherwise noted
  •  This class is limited to 12 students
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish

RELISH recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with us before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
