Hands On Cooking: You will work in groups of 2. This class is a combination of demonstration & hands-on cooking. Each participant will have their own cutting mat and knife. Attendees will be placed around the kitchen island spaced comfortably apart from each other. Everyone must wear their mask while standing. 

Looking for some brunch ideas to celebrate Easter? We've got a wonderful and fresh brunch class designed to get your timing set, cooking perfected and your guests stomachs rumbling. You will prepare some classic French breakfast specialties including a simple souffle and tomatoes filled with a delightful Belgian-inspired meat filling. Learn how to prepare a side dish of roasted French breakfast radishes and then finish the day off with a cup of Relish Cafe au Lait and a pretty Madelaine cookie that will have you reciting poetry from the first bite onward.
