Holiday Treats - Sweet & Savoury With Anna Olson
Canada's favourite Baking Queen - Anna Olson is joining us live in our studio for a special holiday-inspired cooking class. You can also attend virtually! Sit back and watch as Anna prepares a variety of sweet and savoury treats that are perfect for the holiday season. She'll prepare a yummy starter that's easy to assemble and bake, then learn how to make a classic soufflé where she'll show you how to master the technique so you can show off during the holidays. Lava cakes are back, so of course she'll make these and she'll also whip up a batch of holiday shortbreads. Your holiday treats are sure to be the talk of the table this year! (For those choosing to join us virtually, this class is NOT a Cook-Along. You will be provided with the complete recipe package, but we suggest you just watch so you can ask questions).
