Gluten-free options abound it the pasta aisle of the supermarket these days, but it always tastes better when you make it yourself! In tonight's class, you will learn to make a homemade version. Chef Cassidy will talk about the specific ingredients used to make the dough, then you'll knead, cut and cook it. We'll pair it up with a luscious sauce and a dessert that you won't believe is missing the wheat. (Please Note: Ingredients will be gluten free, but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten). Price per person.
