The moon is bright and the stars are in harmony so join us for a cooking class Under The Tuscan Moon. You'll learn the secrets to creating bold, authentic and seasonal Tuscan dishes bursting with flavour. We'll walk you through the steps for preparing and roasting mushrooms, create a pot of creamy polenta, stuff and pan-sear pork tenderloin filled with seasonal ingredients and create a luxurious dessert served with ingredients from the region. You'll be delighted to discover how easy it is to re-create the fabulous flavours of Tuscany at home.
