FRIDAY NIGHT OUT: Street-Style Tacos
In this fun, easy-going class, we'll show you how easy it is to make amazing, from-scratch tacos at home. We'll walk you through the steps for mixing, pressing and cooking your own corn tortillas. Then you'll learn to create a traditional filling made with roasted poblano peppers. We'll share the secrets for creating zesty homemade salsas and even sure a salad made with cactus paddles. Once you discover how simple and satisfying taco making can be, you'll gladly wave adios to the taco truck.
