FRIDAY NIGHT OUT: Springtime In Paris (April)
Spring is in the air and Paris is the perfect place to be. Share your passion for French cuisine with a friend in this hands-on cooking class. Our instructor will introduce you to traditional techniques to create amazing Parisian flavours. You'll work alongside other classmates as you practise, blanching, pan-searing, caramelizing, creating a vinaigrette from scratch and much more. Plus we'll share the secrets for creating the quintessential French dessert; a decadent, chocolate mousse.
