Skip the takeout and join us tonight while you learn to create two delicious classic Chinese restaurant takeout dishes to celebrate (a belated) Chinese New Year (January 22).  First, shrimp gets a heady dose of spices in this dish inspired by the Sichuan region in China. We'll break out the wok to show you how to saute, steam and stir fry before adding a delicious sauce for added heat and flavour. Then learn to create a vegetable side dish with long beans that cooked in a rich Chinese chili bean sauce. Finally learn the tricks to creating fluffy rice that doesn't stick at all. So get your wok on and let's cook together!
