This is no sausage-on-a-bun with sauerkraut class (although there is nothing wrong with that). He will inspire you with his special twist of seasonal ingredients such as beer, pretzels and cabbage in everything from appetizer to dessert. After joining us for this special meal, you will want to kick up your heals and do a little polka!
