Learn to transform authentic Northern Italian ingredients into classic dishes. We'll begin by making fresh basil pesto to create a simple Linguine alla Genovese, a regional speciality from Liguria. Then you'll learn the steps to create risotto with porcini mushrooms, a specialty from Piedemonte, the region south of the Italian Alps. We finish the evening off with a flourless cake featuring hazelnuts, a nut commonly found in the north of Italy.  Explore the unique flavours of Northern Italy all while having fun cooking in our kitchen. (PLEASE NOTE: Because you are working in groups, unfortunately we cannot offer substitutions or alternatives.)

              What To Expect In Our Hands-On Classes: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional instructors.

              • Classes are for participants 16 years and older and are 3 hours in length
              • You will work with others in groups
              • Hands-on classes are limited to 12 participants
              • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
              • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
