He has been inspiring us for years with his creative take on Middle Eastern cuisine and his fresh approach to so many ways of cooking vegetables. His collection of best selling cookbooks like Jerusalem, Nopi, Plenty, Plenty More and Simple challenge the way we think of cooking and introduce us to so many unique ingredients that bring food to life. This season we are drawing on his recipes to showcase late summers harvest with some meat dishes as well.
