Feliz Cinco de Mayo!!! Come celebrate Mexico's Independence by joining our fiesta and learning how to cook some authentic Mexican dishes. This hands-on class will introduce you to a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques that are authentic to this cuisine. You'll learn to toast spices to make the freshest and most flavourful guacamole, craft your own tortillas with masa harina (corn flour) and fill them with the quintessential fish taco fixings. You'll finish the day off with a heavenly slice of cake famous in Central America. After this class, you'll want to make these recipes again for your own fiesta at home!
