CHEF'S TABLE: Take Me To Hungary
If this is your first taste of Hungarian cuisine, you are in for a treat. Chef Hendrik will introduce you to the traditional techniques to creating amazing Hungarian flavours. First, he will prepare lecsó (LEH-choh), a vegetable stew that combines three of Hungary's favourite ingredients - peppers, tomatoes and paprika. Then you'll savour Paprikash, a delicious one-pot chicken dish, rich and creamy and perfect for cold weather eating. It's all served over Hungarian dumplings (which you can get into the fun of making alongside Chef Hendrik). Finally you'll finish up this delicious meal with a sweet ending - as only the Hungarians can do. Come and see how delicious Hungarian cuisine can truly be.
