Summer is all about dining "alfresco" which means enjoying a meal outside. Chef Patrick is back in the kitchen to share some of his favourite recipes. Enjoy an array of fresh and flavourful ingredients as he cooks up a summer-inspired appetizer menu. He'll show you how to shuck oysters and grill them, introduce you to halloumi cheese - a Mediterranean grilling cheese, plus how to prep a simple dessert that is easy to make ahead and tote away for summer weekends at the cottage. So bring a friend and join us for an entertaining summer meal you can also serve to family and friends.
