It is time to harvest the new season! With springtime favourites making an appearance at our markets, we long for refreshing salads, seasonal main dishes and lighter fare. This bold menu features the fresh spring flavours that we all relish at this time of year. Chef Cassidy takes centre stage as she presents some of her favourite seasonal dishes in this sit-back and enjoy demonstation-style class. (Price per person)
