Take the chill out those cold winter nights with these vibrant, flavoured Mexican dishes. In tonight's class, Chef Hendrik will demonstrate a variety of his favourites. Chilaquiles is a traditional Mexican dish that’s composed of tortilla chips loaded with thick green salsa and topped with crumbled cheese, fried eggs, cilantro, and radish, making them wonderfully soft and addictive. He'll serve up a shrimp ceviche as a starter along with his delicious mango salsa and chips. You'll finish the whole meal off with a decadent dessert topped with a dash of kaluha. 

Menu: Tortilla Chips with Mango Salsa, Shrimp Ceviche with Guacamole, Chilaquiles (Mexican Style Nachos with Crema, Salsa Verde, Queso Fresco and Eggs), Frijoles Borrachos "Drunken Beans" (Pinto beans with bacon, cilantro and tequila), Gelatina de Tres Leches with Kahlua
