We are thrilled to partner with Taste of Craft to bring you our joint new subscription THE TASTY CHEESE OF THE MONTH CLUB. Known for their curated cheese pairing events, Taste of Craft are purveyors of fine artisan cheeses and Canadian sustainable seafood and lake fish located at the Guelph Farmers Market.
How Does This Work? Every month you will receive three farmstead and artisan cheeses (1 1/2 lbs total) hand-selected to ensure seasonality and peak ripeness for immediate enjoyment. From fresh to washed or aged and made using various milks - cow, goat, sheep and on occasion - buffalo, this package will also include Taste of Craft tasting and pairing notes, a pre-selected Relish Gourmet Goodie and a cheese-laden Relish recipe. Pick up of your package is at Relish Cooking Studio on the third Thursday of each month. (Cheese packages must be picked up by the Saturday of the same week.)
