CHEERS TO 10 YEARS! Virtual Anniversary Dinner
Relish Cooking Studio is 10 years old and we'd love to have you cook with us virtually as we celebrate this milestone. We've put together a seasonal menu of some of our favourite dishes as we all cook and party in our own kitchen's while preparing a delicious dinner together. We'll slow braise pork in local apple cider building a deliciously creamy sauce with plenty of comforting fall flavours. Then we'll roast delicata squash and add shaved Parmesan and local honey for a touch of salty sweetness. We'll finish off with a seasonal dessert that combines the best of apples and "pie" along with a sweet/salty finish. So join us from your kitchen as we celebrate this wonderful milestone! (This menu is easily adapted to chicken instead of pork). Serves 4
