Did you know that beer is a great pairing for pasta? It's true, so come and hang out with Chef Emily Richards and Master Beer Sommelier Dan Schmidt as they showcase some delicious combinations of pasta and beer! You will enjoy this unique hands-on cooking experience as you make fresh pasta to create Meat Filled Ravioli that will be served with a homemade tomato sauce then that same pasta will be hand cut and tossed with Gorgonzola Sauce and used in a Golden Zuppa Dorata. As Emily cooks, Dan will share his knowledge on how beer pairs well with Italian food. And don’t think we forgot dessert! You will enjoy Double Chocolate Cherry Risotto with beer too.
