Scones are sweet or savoury, perfect with coffee or tea, welcome at brunch, snack time, bake sales, any holiday events and whenever muffins and coffee are appropriate (all the time!)

But depending on the recipe, scones can be dry and sand-papery, with flavour comparable to cardboard. Today, join our instructor and learn to make uniquely crisp and buttery scones with crumbly corners and a soft flaky interior. Learn how to incorporate sweet and savoury ingredients, knead perfectly so as not to toughen the dough, then bake to perfection. You also learn to create a compound butter and fruit spread to serve alongside the scones.
