The time is just around the corner for daydreams filled with sparkly sugar, candy canes, chocolate and fancy cookie cutters!Back by popular demand, we are bringing Christmas cookie baking and decorating to our holiday baking series this December. Come learn how to make a beautiful array of holiday treats from classics like shortbread and ginger cookies to new and reimagined treats like Brigaderio (Brazilian truffles). We'll share the tips and tricks for successful baking to creating a delicious assortment of holiday cookies, square and candies. Everyone will take home a box of cookies they have baked themselves, ready to share with friends and family (or not). A light soup will be served this evening.

What To Expect In Our Hands-On Classes: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional instructors.
  • Classes are for students 16 years and older and are 3 hours in length
  • You will work with other students in groups
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
