With the Merlot 2021 DOC Sicilia, we wanted to pay homage to a writer very close to our territory, who like few others has been able to transpose into his literary stories, the good and the genuine that there is in this corner of Sicily, Leonardo Sciascia.

Agrigento Merlot 

From a Spanish quotation “Todo modo para buscar la voluntad divina” ( Any means to seek the divine will) , the idea of ​​personalizing our Merlot was born. Positioned between 550 and 450 meters above sea level, in a predominantly hilly area, between the Grotticelle and Ramocoburro districts, on espalier systems, cultivated with spurred cordon, with a moderate slope, with a north - south and north east - southwest.

Todo Modo - DOC Sicily 2021 , has an intense ruby ​​red color, rich, fruity aroma, with notes of blackberry, cherry, plum.

On the palate the tannic softness prevails, good structure, balanced acidity and right alcohol content, which contribute to giving it a long persistence in the mouth.
