To Cook: Thaw patties in refrigerator. Heat olive/vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties on both sides until golden brown, about 6 to 8 minutes per side. Serve on buns with toppings of choice such as lettuce, tomato, sprouts and garlic ailoi.
