Knowing how to use and care for your cookware properly can do just as much for your food life as knowing how to cook. So tonight we learn some of the science behind the different types of cookware - from stainless steel to carbon steel and non-stick to understand how they are made and how they conduct heat. Besides learning how to best care for them, we'll prepare a variety of recipes that showcases their versatility and best use practises.
