Celebrate the New Year with a luxurious menu of surf and turf favourites. Learn the secrets to making a creamy herb risotto while we top it with a pan-seared scallop. Then we'll grill steaks on the cast iron pan and make our favourite green peppercorn cream sauce that only uses 4 ingredients. We'll finish off the evening with a sweet and salty dessert that's become one of our Relish favourites. From the toast worthy cocktail to Surf & Turf main course you'll have the perfect meal to ring in the New Year!

What To Expect In Our Demonstration-Style Classes: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our demonstration-style classes you get to "sit-back and enjoy" while our professional chef instructors lead the class.
