This lighter weight Wok is made from 1.2mm gauge Carbon Steel which heats up quickly and evenly and transfers heat around the wok rapidly during cooking. It is very hard wearing and, when properly seasoned and cared for, will end up with a practically non-stick surface. Suitable for all hob types, its flattened base ensures the Wok will sit firmly and stays in constant contact with the heat source. The solid rubber wood handle is traditional and stays cool during cooking.
