Today's baking class will be a combination of bake-along and demonstration-style. Anna will talk about the important tools you need for your home baking, modifications for allergies or dietary restrictions and necessary time commitments for each recipe. Together we will all bake a batch of Chewy Chocolate Molasses Ginger Cookies (bake-along) then Anna will demonstrate two more of her favourite fall baking treats - all inspired by one of her favourite baking ingredients, ginger! There is lots of opportunity to ask Anna some of your important baking questions.
