It's time to stop ordering out and time to learn how to make your own homemade Neapolitan-style pizza. In this popular class we'll teach you how to make your own dough from scratch to create a Neapolitan thin-crust style pizza.

We'll introduce you to Double 00 flour, our favourite flour to use. You'll combine the ingredients then learn to knead by hand. While the dough rests, we will prepare the toppings for a classic Margherita pizza (tomato & fresh mozzarella cheese). While the dough rises, the instructor will demonstrate how to roll out the dough and introduce you to the ceramic pizza stone from Emile Henry  and the Carbon Steel pizza pan from de Buyer (the trick to recreating results just like a real wood fired pizza oven). Plus we will share the techniques to creating our favourite appetizer pizza - lemon and cheese, a speciality of Sorrento. After taking this class, you'll never need to order out again! (Unfortunately we cannot accommodate Gluten Free options in this class)
